I created Nokki to join my husband and I on our journey to Iceland. We were heading there for three days of concerts in Reykjavic by Wilco followed by 5 days of travel around the country. We had an epic trip and Nokki came along for a lot of it. The three of us went on a food tour, on a boat for a whale watch, to a viking lodge for a special concert, to a remote hot springs, to Thingvallir National Park, to many, many waterfalls and glaciers and finally to black sand beaches. We searched everywhere for a glimpse of the puffins arriving at their nesting grounds for the season, but alas we were there too early.
